you may recognize this little cutie as i have been photographing her since she was 3 months old. she is now one and cute as ever! i can't say enough how fun it is to get to watch my clients grow. every time i see them is such a delight and i love this age because they are always learning new things. this time around, maddie was sitting and pulling up. her personality was shining and we had the best time.

i am quite the lucky girl. i work in a field where creativity and artistry continually flow and evolve and there is always a new challenge to meet. i'm even luckier because i'm able to combine that with kiddos and dogs... my two favorites in this world. you can imagine how happy i am when i get to have both at the same time! here's dillard … a bright, spunky 2.5 year old. love his gorgeous locks!
upon my arrival to the haney house, this little brother and sister instantly greeted me and wanted to show me all of the wonderful things around their house. wonderful personalities! we spent the majority of our time together outside and had a nice time with mom and dad. enjoy!

she calls me "adri" and loves to sing. she has gorgeous red hair and quite the vocabulary for a 2.5 year old. meet maddie! i had the best time with her and her pup, max. max gave me serious "i want a 2nd dog!" fever and i think you'll be able to see why...
at the end of our time together, maddie's mom and i discovered that we both have the same alma mater. crazy small world, seeing that our school had only around 1800 students at a time and we're both transplants to nashville. here they are sharing a story together.

Maddie and I were in the car this morning and she was back there singing a song about "Adri", it was so cute! I asked her if she liked seeing you yesterday and she said, "Uh huh, I love her!"
THAT makes me heart melt!
maddox recently turned one year old. to celebrate, i met up with his family and we had such a great afternoon! the weather was nice, we hit a couple of locations and maddox was all over the place. he kept me on the run the entire session ... it's tiring chasing after a one year old!! but, we got some great shots and he was a lot of fun.

towards the beginning of january, i teamed up with the wonderful ladies of coco bonbons to shoot their fall 2008 catalog. this is such a fun commercial project for me as i get to play... i mean work ;)... with several different kiddos of all ages. AND they're dressed beautifully! i've been promising a look into the results, so here they are!
