two days before we left for the beach, benny cut his leg. we were worried that he would have to have stitches, but the vet sent us away with antibiotics, bandages and gauze. here he is sporting his blue bandage.
also, i got an email from a client looking for a home for a 3-year-old female labrador. contact me if you are interested in giving her a good home!
i first met rachel a year ago at her family/maternity session. she had me come back this year to capture her husband's side of the family. they're celebrating the 40 years his parents have been together. what a great reason to celebrate! here's a group favorite...

i apologize for the unplanned disappearance here! we planned a bit of a last-minute vacation to florida and then once we returned our internet was down all of last week. apparently there was an outage in our area. we are now back up and running and i have lots to share! but first, here is a glimpse from jenna and ian's lovely day!

i met up with woody and ruthie on a hottttt summer day! we hit downtown, stopped for ice cream to cool off and then ventured to a park to wrap up the session. such sweet brother and sister pups. you can't resist those big, brown eyes of saint bernard's. this is my favorite of them together.
you may recognize this little cutie as i have been photographing her since she was 3 months old. she is now one and cute as ever! i can't say enough how fun it is to get to watch my clients grow. every time i see them is such a delight and i love this age because they are always learning new things. this time around, maddie was sitting and pulling up. her personality was shining and we had the best time.
