how sweet is this little guy? wyatt was eight weeks old when we met and oh so sleepy. he has the most fabulous nursery; his mom is a graphic designer and i love the way she pulled his room together. here he is wrapped up in a blanket from his great-grandmother. loved this as well.

i needed a break from the computer, so benny and i stepped outside to get some air. this is benny's signature look … no chance of resisting this. he got a treat afterwards for his cuteness :)

this past saturday lauren and sean joined their lives after seven years of dating. it turned out to be a nice day despite the lovely tennessee humidity. :) they had an intimate ceremony at high note farm in south nashville with friends and family from all over the country. they looked amazing and i really enjoyed getting to know each of their families. susan and april from defining moments did a fabulous job of planning the wedding. sean and lauren: enjoy the rest of your time in jamaica and we'll see you after you get back! lots of love to you.

i am quite the lucky girl. i work in a field where creativity and artistry continually flow and evolve and there is always a new challenge to meet. i'm even luckier because i'm able to combine that with kiddos and dogs... my two favorites in this world. you can imagine how happy i am when i get to have both at the same time! here's dillard … a bright, spunky 2.5 year old. love his gorgeous locks!

larry and ashley are proud new parents of twins parker and emma. i have known ashley since kindergarten and how fun it was to be able to see the life she has as a new mom. ashley was around when my love of photography began to burgeon. she's in many photos from junior high when all i had was a disposable and was my editor for high school yearbook. i was so proud to be able to see her with larry, parker and emma. such a beautiful family. and they are WONDERFUL parents. these two should never doubt that they're loved. here they are at eleven weeks old...

ashley and larry didn't find out they were expecting twins until five months into the pregnancy! even though it was surprising news, i don't think they could be happier.

lifestyle photographer - nashville, tn - sumeet and asmita

sumeet and asmita were married this past january in india with a seven day celebration. a couple of weeks ago, they held a reception in nashville so that friends and family could honor them as well. it was a beautiful night filled with color, dancing and of course lots of love. they make such a great couple and i had a wonderful time with them. to sumeet and asmita: thank you for the honor and i wish you years of love together!
